I tried to Skype and Google talk today to students. They have Soybutter and Sunbutter to try today in class. I hope that this site can help them learn more about food allergies.
Learn the warning signs, most life threatening reactions occur away from the home.

Food Allergy Awareness Week May 8-14, 2011
First of all let me say, thanks for checking out this blog.
Second, let me say, what is posted here is not to take the place of speaking with your physician, or allergist.
Third, please use this week to educate others about food allergies, because until there is a cure, advocacy is the biggest tool that we have, adn through this education to the general public.
